Avenger Boats

As the manufacturer says, “Born on the Bayou of Louisiana, raised in the low-country of South Carolina.” These are low-profile boats built in Louisiana in the 1980s and reintroduced into the wider market by Carolina Composites after careful research and re-tooling. Included in the re-tooling is an offset transom that opens the back deck for more fishing room and which also keeps the boat from “squatting” like other shallow-water boats do when running big motors. Carolina Composites also increased the size of the fish boxes and storage, and styled the boat so that not only is the fisherman happy but so too is his cruising-oriented family.

Avenger boats come in two sizes, the AV26 and AV24.
